This Participant Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between liv1ce Adventure Planning ("Booking Agent") and the participant(s) ("Participant") booking an adventure facilitated by third-party adventure companies.

Release and Waiver of Liability:

1. Assumption of Risks: The Participant acknowledges that participation in adventures involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, emotional distress, property damage, or death. The Participant voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the adventure activities.

2. Release of Liability: The Participant, on behalf of themselves, their heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby releases, waives, discharges, and holds harmless the Booking Agent, its employees, officers, directors, affiliates, and the third-party adventure companies from any and all claims, liabilities, actions, or demands related to participation in the adventure.

3. Indemnification: The Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Booking Agent from any liability, cost, or expense arising from their participation in the adventure, including legal fees, injury, or property damage.

Acknowledgment and Agreement:

The Participant acknowledges that they have read this Agreement, understand its terms, and agree to be bound by its conditions voluntarily.

The Participant acknowledges and agrees that the Booking Agent merely acts as a facilitator between the Participant and the third-party adventure companies and is not directly responsible for the operations, safety, or quality of the adventure activities provided by the third-party companies.

Acknowledgment of Health and Fitness:

The Participant certifies that they are physically and mentally capable of participating in the adventure and have not been advised otherwise by a medical professional.

Conclusion:

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Participant and the Booking Agent concerning the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements.

By signing this Agreement, or by using our checkout, the Participant acknowledges that they have carefully read and understood its contents and agree to be bound by its terms.
